About Us
 Fluent Outsourcing was founded by Tim Devaney and Tom Stein, U.S. journalists and marketing professionals with years of experience.
Publications they have reported for include: Wired, Business 2.0, Red Herring, Venture Capital Journal, the Industry Standard, Innovation Pipeline, AllBusiness.com, San Francisco magazine, Tennis magazine and HealthLeaders magazine.
On the marketing side, they have written case studies, bylined articles, speeches, brochures, advertisements, e-mails, web copy, press releases, strategic positioning papers, advertorial and other materials for a variety of clients, among them: Google, Sony, Facebook, Oracle, eBay, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Saatchi & Saatchi, EMC, Shutterfly, Honda, Mitsubishi, VeriSign, UC Berkeley and UC San Francisco.
Tim has been a senior editor at Red Herring, Industry Standard and San Francisco magazines, and editor in chief at the Berkeley Monthly and Peninsula magazine. He currently handles marketing communications for Working Assets, a long distance, wireless and credit card company in San Francisco.
